Solar Power to the People

The Solar Front Bag is the HelioFlex module which really allows you to get off grid. Charge your devices or keep them going for longer with the solar panel, which we developed with our partners at SUNNYBAG®.

The solar panel has up to 5V/8,5W performance. Exposed to the sun in the right angle it could fully charge a normal smartphone in 4 hours or top up the battery if you're running low. There is a USB-C plug that comes with the Solar Front Bag which shows exactly how many watts are being produced by the solar panel. With this information, you can reposition the solar panel to the sun for the highest efficiency.

All of the components of the HelioFlex Backpack system are designed to fit together seamlessly with counter-arranged hooks and FIDLOCK Buckles. So the Solar Front Bag fits seamlessly with the HelioFlex Base Backpack.

When detaching the front bags with the FIDLOCK system, do not use force. The connection can be released easily with a gentle sideways motion.

Real-time charging

The Solar Front Bag is not just a solar panel, it's so much more than that. Firstly, we have integrated a USB-C plug which tells you in real time how much power you are generating, so you can position the bag to the sun for the most efficient charging time. Secondly, the modularity means that you can snap the Solar Front Bag onto the HelioFlex Backpack - Base and go on your way. Then when you take a break, you can carry on charging.

Built to stand the test of time

Longevity and quality are two key features that can be found in all COOPH products. The HelioFlex Backpack is no different. All of the leather detailing is vegan cactus material from Desserto®. The face fabric of the backpack had a durable water repellant finish (DWR) and the zippers themselves are also water repellant. All of the buckles and hooks are sturdy metal. The HelioFlex Backpack is built to last.

HelioFlex is built on the two pillars of sustainable materials and long-lasting quality. 80% of the fabrics for the backpack are made from recycled materials, with the lining of the backpack being 100% recycled. Vegan material fromDesserto® ensures that no animal has been harmed in making our backpack. One key to sustainability is that the product will last the longest time. We designed HelioFlex so that it has a timeless design which won't go out of style, it will be your faithful companion for years to come.
