Return Policy and Terms of Revocation


 

Not every piece of gear becomes part of your story - and that’s okay. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns straightforward and transparent.

Returns Policy:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate a return, you must inform us within this period by sending a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to return the item. For customers within the European Union, this right is granted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team to initiate your return store@cooph.com

  2. We’ll provide you with the return instructions

  3. Fill out the Return and Revocation form which can be downloaded here.
  4. Securely package your item and send it back to us

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued once the returned goods have been received and checked, or when proof of return has been provided

  • Original shipping costs are refunded only for customers in Europe and the United Kingdom, where applicable by law

  • If you selected a shipping method more expensive than our standard (lowest cost) delivery option, only the cost of the cheapest available shipping method will be refunded

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Tailor-made or custom products, such as Mühlbauer hats

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Products not returned in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right.


Additional Notes:

  • Please ensure your return is securely packaged - we cannot be responsible for damage during return transit

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted
