Terms of Revocation and Return Policy
Right of revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without stating a reason, within 14 days of receipt and acceptance of the goods, either by you or a third person appointed by you, who is not the carrier. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us accordingly in an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter sent by post, telefax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the RETURN AND REVOCATION FORM for this purpose. Sending notification of your intention to exercise your right of revocation prior to expiry of the period of revocation shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall refund all payments that we have received from you, including outward delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of revocation. This however does not apply to additional costs that may arise from selecting a delivery method other than our cheapest form of standard delivery. If you live outside of Europe, you must bear both the outward and return shipping costs. If you live within Europe, you must only bear the required costs of returning the goods. For this refund we use the same method of payment used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until the goods have been returned to us or until such time as you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods in their original state in which you have received them to us –

– without undue delay and, in all events, within 14 days at the latest from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline shall be deemed complied with if the goods are dispatched prior to expiry of the deadline (proof of which may be requested by us).
You shall only be required to compensate any loss of value if said loss of value can be attributed to any unnecessary handling of the goods for the purpose of testing the condition, properties and functionality of said goods.
Late or missing refunds
If you don’t receive a refund within the stated time, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. A certain processing time for a refund to be posted is quite common. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We are not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return your order and place a new one.
