Each strap combines traditional artisan techniques with premium Italian leather, resulting in functional, durable, and unique pieces.
The creation process starts with carefully selecting and cutting Italian leather. Each piece is precisely measured and embossed with the COOPH logo, ensuring every strap is authentic and carries our brand's signature style. This marks the beginning of a premium-quality strap.
Skilled artisans then stitch the leather together using time-tested techniques. Every stitch is placed with precision, ensuring both durability and a flawless appearance. Finished with German steel rings and webbing bands, the straps are designed to support the weight of cameras comfortably and securely.
Once stitched, the leather is hand-sanded and polished to achieve a smooth, professional finish. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every strap not only looks elegant but is also built to last, withstanding daily wear and tear.
When the leather has been fully crafted and refined, it’s ready for the next phase. The carefully prepared leather components are set for assembly with the climbing rope, signaling the final stages of construction.
Next, high-quality European climbing rope is cut to the ideal length. Chosen for its exceptional sturdiness, this rope ensures that the straps are both reliable and durable, meeting the demands of photographers in any environment.
The rope ends are then flamed to prevent fraying. This crucial step not only secures the rope's integrity but also guarantees long-lasting durability, making the strap perfect for daily use by photographers on the go.
